The RADAR Network was formed in partnership with State governments and national constituency groups. The National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI) serves as the national center for information and services, but the satellite centers of the RADAR Network provide local support to prevention practitioners and other community members interested in addressing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug problems.
