Participating StatesPARTICIPATING STATES Leadership to Keep Children Alcohol Free enlists the active support of Governors' spouses or their representatives as catalysts to create momentum for change. They act as spokespersons to increase public awareness and to mobilize action nationally and within their States. This page provides a list of the participating Governors' spouses and representatives, contact information, and links to their home pages on the Leadership Web site.
