WYOMING GOVERNOR SIGNS UNDERAGE DRINKING LEGISLATION

A press release dated March 3, 2010, from the Office of Governor DaveFreudenthal announced that he had signed 17 Senate and House Enrolled Acts into law Wednesday afternoon, March 3. Among the signed bills was HB13/HEA6 Underage Drinking.   This bill creates and expands offenses for persons under age 21 who attempt or gain admittance to liquor dispensing rooms or drive-in liquor areas.  The photo below is of the Governor, after signing HB13/HEA6, with area students who support the First Lady’s Initiative to curb underage drinking.
